With ongoing groups, best practice outcomes for each participant are achieved through maintaining the consistency and momentum of the group as a whole. We therefore ask for an annual commitment from participants, with payment annually or in 3 instalments.
Should your circumstances change during the year, you will be entitled to forego whichever third(s) of the year you are unable to attend with a refund for any third(s), if it/they have been paid for up front.
This policy does not include any discount or rebate for individual sessions not attended during the year.
