Online Workshops and Trainings
All online workshops and trainings are offered at a flat rate. Your registration fee is due 21 days prior to the start of the event, or earlier. If payment is not received by 21 days prior, your place will be offered to someone else.
When an online workshop or training has accrued a very substantial waiting list, we may request from you a confirmation of attendance email and deposit of $50. Confirmations should be emailed to admin@cep.net.au. If your confirmation of attendance and $50 deposit have not been received within 48 hours of the date of our request, your place will be offered to someone else. Should you cancel your attendance after this, the $50 deposit will be retained as an administration fee. See our full refund policy under All Workshops and Trainings section below.
In-Person Workshops and Trainings
Any Early Bird rate is applicable up to and inclusive of the date published. To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received by the stipulated cut-off date. Where a cut-off date is not stipulated, an Early Bird flat rate applies to all registrations.
All Workshops and Trainings
The registration fees quoted are all-inclusive when payment is made by direct deposit (our preferred payment method).
If payment by credit card is a more convenient method for you, we can accommodate this with a small additional charge of 2.2%. This is the total processing fee charged by the Square business platform we use and includes the card issuing bank fee for ‘card-not-present’ transactions which helps to mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity.
Refunds, less an administration fee of $50, are given for cancellations received in writing before midnight 7 days prior to the start of the training or workshop. This date is final and not negotiable. Cancellations should be emailed to: admin@cep.net.au.
Refunds will not be given after the cancellation cut-off date, regardless of personal circumstances. This policy is final and not negotiable.
Centre for Existential Practice regrets any difficult personal circumstances that may prevent people from attending an event, including medical conditions and emergencies, severe weather or transport difficulties. Individuals unable to attend naturally experience their situation as unique and deserving of special consideration. However, the logistics of event management prevents Centre for Existential Practice from assuming responsibility for such contingencies.
Centre for Existential Practice reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of Workshops and Trainings should participation numbers be insufficient. In these circumstances either a full refund will be given or the paid amount will be applied to a future event, according to the preference of the registrant.
While every effort is made to maintain advertised pricing, there may occasionally be circumstances that require an increase to the advertised cost of an event. In these instances, a full refund will be given to registrants who wish to cancel their participation.
